Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, you will receive an invoice at the end of your trip.
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don’t expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
We accept Debit and credit cards. A deposit is only needed for debit cards on file. The deposit will be refunded once the car is returned. We will also need proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and proof of local residency.
Unfortunately, the pick-up location is not flexible, cannot be modified and we do not offer delivery.
We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car.
A payment will be made at the start of your car rental trip.
We ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.

All drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a credit card on file. We require a deposit and additional documents such as a utility bill if you are using a debit card.
No, if you are in the age range 21 through 24 you will not be charged a young driver charge.
No, we car completely contactless meaning you don’t have to worry about waiting at the counter to fill out paperwork and find a car. Arrive at the location and leave in your rental car.
Yes, since we do contactless pickups, and dropoffs we can extend the available times so they best align with your schedule.
